Warranty

Dellemma Limited (www.smarthardhats.co.uk) makes every effort to ensure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of thirty days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse, abuse, negligence, special or accidents, repairs or alterations outside of our premises. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to person or properties, or for incidental, and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. The vacuum seal on the E-FAB is to remain in place unless intended to be used, once opened this product's warranty is void and the unit must be replaced.

To take advantage of this warranty the product must be returned to us with postage charges paid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the product on return. If our inspection verifies the fault/complaint we will either repair or replace the product or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot quickly provide a replacement product. We will return repaired or replaced products at our expense, but if we determine there is no issue with the product then you will bear the cost of returning the product.
